Feature Request: make Splash page not "on top"

Hi, I have a large folder, and sometimes I need to look at a file and I prefer lately to look at it using Zettlr, but I'm usually doing something else at the same time.

When I trigger the file to open when Zettlr is not running the indexing Splash page comes up and blocks a good bit of screen real-estate so it really interrupts the flow of what I'm doing. You have to wait however long it takes to re-index 10,000 files, but if you could click to another window and have that splash page go to the background so you can continue to work, that would be awesome 🙂

For further information: On Windows 11, with multiple desktops, the splash screen appears on every desktop and is always on top. On a slow computer (like mine), if Zettlr has to index a large workspace, this can mean twenty minutes or more when the computer cannot be used for anything.

Zettlr is the only program I use where the splash screen works this way, so there’s probably some odd quirk in Windows that hasn’t been taken into account.

The splash screen should only show up on a single display. Do you mirror the screens in any case?

Also: You can drag the splash screen around to move it out of the way.

Finally: There is a PR open that I have to finish that should make the splash screen entirely obsolete, if it works as I hope it does.
