Cannot start the Zettlr

I have tried installing the app several times but each time it starts I get an error message about "could not start ConfigProvider".

Also, for some reason when I tried to log in with my email address I got a message about being blocked! I can't think why.

Anybody got any ideas bout this?

Hi, if you get an error regarding an issue with "ConfigProvider", the simplest solution is to remove the config.json file. You can find instructions in the troubleshooting part of the documentation: https://docs.zettlr.com.

Then, do you mean logging into the forum? If so, I've seen a few instances where people got shadowbanned from the forum for no reason; I suspect a bug. If you send me an email with the address you tried to log in first, and a bit of context, I can take a look.
