no, Zettlr currently does not support Windows on ARM, since we have a few native extensions that break the build pipeline if we attempt. That's why we have suspended ARM builds. There are currently no resources on our side to get everything back up and running, but if you wish to have a native ARM version for Windows, we are happy for properly tested PRs that reintegrate that support.
