Hi there. I am using intensely Zettlr since a year with intense satisfaction.
Dear community,
Having now a Project relatively large, I want to use the Project feature to assemble my work and export it.
I get a lot of mistakes with my numerous footernotes after en export (in all the formats I used: PDF, .odt, latex...): some are missing, some are placed in wrong pages, some are repeated.
Do you have any idea about this behavior?

Beside that I use Zettlr with an enormous pleasure and efficiency for my Zettelkasten. Thank you very much to all the people working there.

I can use the following command to force Pandoc to treat correctly the foot notes : pandoc --file-scope -o sortie.html chapitre1.md chapitre2.md

My question is : how can I do so without using the terminal an typing all the numerous files of my Project. Is there a way to do that in Zettlr and to export a project simply with the export command of the project?

Yves yes, you typically can take the flag you added (here file-scope) and Place This in the export profile, like so:

file-scope: true

Then anything that you export using that profile will automatically have this setting enabled.
