What exactly do you want to do with the csv? If you just want to edit it as a text file, you can change the suffix to .txt or .md, though at that point you might as well use notepad or some other plain text editor. If you want to insert the table data into a markdown file, you'll need to convert your csv to a markdown table, which you can with various online converters.
