I'm in the early stages of writing my master's thesis in theology, which will involve numerous LaTeX packages and multiple languages (French, Hebrew, Greek). I've chosen to create a polished LaTeX document rather than using Word, but I'm also exploring Zettelkasten. I find it unclear how Zettlr converts Markdown to LaTeX. I'm considering using Obsidian for notes and refining the document in TexMaker, but I'm unsure how to implement a simple thesis report class in Zettlr. How can I work with LaTeX effectively and provide a custom template? The documentation doesn't seem very clear to me. I mean will it generate a ton of garbage LaTeX code ? I want to keep my .tex files short and clean.
