bug/UX issue with save
Hi, Zettlr is wonderful, thanks for your work.
I have an issue with saving in Zettlr 2.0. Firstly, am I right in thinking that Zettlr 2.0 no longer autosaves where 1.X did? This is fine of course and may be preferable but it is now throwing up a few issues:
Now when closing an unsaved tab, the 'omit saved changes?' dialog appears offering options 'close without saving' and 'save'. There is also an option to close the dialog in the top right corner but this effectively acts as a 'close without saving' function, I believe this should actually return you to the current tab without closing it, what do you think?
The 'omit saved changes' dialog itself is a little confusing with the option wording (during those late night, red-eyed assignment submissions my brain is a bit jumpy!), you are, after all 'proceeding' in either case, perhaps a side-by-side option with 'save' and 'do not save' would be simpler. Or maybe an 'are you sure?' type dialog would appear when clicking the 'do not save' option. (Sorry if this one seems nitpicky, it just seems much more likely that I would want to save changes but this dialog seems to stack against that happening.)
The export function exports the previously saved version of the file, ignoring changes (and without warning you of that fact), should this not be the current unsaved version? Or at least show a dialog asking to save the file first?
I'm sorry to even request these as I'm really loving Zettlr but all 3 examples have actually happened to me in the flow of writing papers so I may not be alone. The export issue in particular is a bit of a silent killer.
Thanks again for all your work.
